Bannister treated me amazing. Had some issues with a turbo freezing up on my new Terrain and wasn’t happy about it. They were quick offer a solution at no cost.
It’s hard to find good customer service nowadays. Not with Bannister ….they calmed me down quickly and I soon realized these folks have integrity and pride and they want to solve problems. Nothing is ever perfect nowadays and I feel that Bannister will do their best for a customer. I’m impressed and they will get all My business. I highly recommend Bannister! Thanks to all the service guys , manager etc. Everyone is a stand up individual in my opinion.
