I recently moved to Kelowna from Edmonton and I needed to come to this dealership to get a front licence plate mount for my wife’s Cadillac. Being that it was the first time coming to this dealership, I decided to ask the salesman that was outside for direction to the parts department. He directed me to park by the proper doors and proceeded to walk me right to the parts counter. This wasn’t his job to do. The actions of this particular salesman literally made my day – The only downfall is that I wish I had written this review earlier for the simple fact that I would have remembered his name for this review! He was so easy to talk to and when my wife and I are ready to upgrade her vehicle, he will be getting our business!! It’s the little things that count.
The parts department was great as well. Zero complaints here.
